In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps:

1 .We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you.

2 The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items..

3 .The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

4. We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given

5 Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you

6 .For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .
