As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored,the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements.To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly,our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. |
Dress is not the size you ordered |
If your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch,we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments,and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs.If you choose this option,please remember to request a receipt from your local tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement. |
Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit |
| Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered,cannot be retured or exchanged.As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams,you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor,at your own cost.Please note: if your order specifications differ too much from your final size request,resizing may not be possible. |

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps: |
1. We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you. |
| 2. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items. |
| 3. The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition. |
| 4. We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given |
| 5. Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. |
| 6. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns . |
